Upon approaching the oval from the road, it is not immediately obvious that there was an oval here. However by looking more closely there can be no arguement. Now look at the other pictures.... |
| Here from left to right we are looking from the pitch up to the road, then down the pitch, (with original concrete not used since about 1920), and then looking from the pitch away from the road. |
| This photo on the shows the remainders of the footings / floor adjacent to the oval. It may be unrelated but who knows? |
